Frozen products typically ship by the full 20′ reefer container. UHT beverages and freeze-dried powder can start smaller, in dry containers. Frozen pulp up to 18 months at -18°C; sorbet 12 months frozen; UHT beverages and soft-serve mix 12 months at ambient temperature.
